Dear self, Sorry for not understanding you completely, for abusing you sometimes; for not having enough talents, ambitions, etc. Little did I knew that I didn't nourish and polish your skills well, i didn't work for you that much,as I worked for others to make their life happy. Habit building- life changing factor!

Okay so let's start with a simple question, what are habits? - A habit is a routine of behaviour that's repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. In simple words, habits are rituals and behaviours that we perform on daily basis,and that too automatically! Isn't it amazing that how after getting up, we search for our brush,get showers, and do the same routine repeatedly, without actually thinking about them! We all have habits. Overcoming negative emotions

Attitude of Gratitude! There was a girl who lived near me. She was with me in the same class. One day she was late to  school , because her cycle got punctured in the middle of the road,somehow she managed to reach school.After reaching school ,principal scorned her for being late in front of everyone. She was so upset by that incident, that she stopped talking with everyone for few days, After few days she was back to normal, and surprisingly after that incident she was never late to school. But she had developed hatred for her principal, she still had those feelings stored in her mind.  Same happens with everyone of us ,right? Balloon of suppressed emotions! Have you ever seen somebody processing balloons, just like the means they fill it , the quantity of air they blow in it. I forever bear in mind a happening of this balloon processing, .It had been my brothers birthday,and i was given the work of processing the balloons, as he love balloons! And by mistake I stuffed air in it higher than it's capability and that it exploded! everybody on was riant ; well that was a funny incident. But same happens with our emotions right, we have a tendency to stick with it storing our emotions within our mind, and once one thing vulnerable happens, this balloon of 'emotion' bursts out , which may well be painfull enough to harm others and off course it hurts ourselves too! Detachment- A true connection!

This is my first write-up: Whats better attachment or detachment? If someone asks, what is better : attachment or detachment. Most of us would answer "obviously attachment". But its not. When we are attached to someone we share some common feelings, like we get happy when the other one is happy, we start crying when the other one is crying, we start worrying when the other one is worried. Somewhat we start attaching our feelings to their behaviour, their mood,their feelings. But a person, when worried or when crying, needs someone who would behave normal in their situation, listen to the feelings or someone whose shoulder they could cry on. Basically he doesn't want someone who will cry with him, but someone who will show a way out from the situation, who will strengthen him, who will tell him every thing will be fine!
