A small note for everyone who visits this blog
The main purpose of the articles published here is to help people to be less sad, slightly happier, and slightly more aware about what they must be feeling/ are feeling and others around them must be feeling and maybe find ways to help each other out.
This blog is in no way meant to be didactic or I'm in no position to be an उपदेशक. I am in no position to tell anyone what to do. I am a student of psychology and I am enjoying studying it. Also the information provided in or through this blog is for educational and informational purposes only and solely as a self-help tool for your own use.
Please feel free to send in suggestions and corrections so that I can improve. I will try to be as empathetic as possible with everyone.

I am not trying to show off, preach or put anyone down; I am just sharing my life and my limited knowledge and see if it helps.
