Emotions!

Balloon of suppressed emotions!

Have you ever seen somebody processing balloons, just like the means they fill it , the quantity of air they blow in it. I forever bear in mind a happening of this balloon processing, .It had been my brothers birthday,and i was given the work of processing the balloons, as he love balloons! And by mistake I stuffed air in it higher than it's capability and that it exploded! everybody on was riant ; well that was a funny incident.

But same happens with our emotions right, we have a tendency to stick with it storing our emotions within our mind, and once one thing vulnerable happens, this balloon of 'emotion' bursts out , which may well be painfull enough to harm others and off course it hurts ourselves too! All people have these suppressed emotions , which will be feelings for somebody within the variety of emotion , anger, or jealousy, disappointment ;in short we have understand that each one the emotions that we're suppressing are negative emotions. These negative emotions block positive energy (i.e new ideas, new solutions, creativity, new strategies) to our mind, and shortly it brings mental issues . We must always perceive that this can be  a vicious cycle; without no end!

We can come out of this cycle , if we have appy gratitude,meditation, diary writing etc. I'm conjointly suggesting some ways that (which I tried) to come out of this "balloon"

Some ways to eliminate this "Balloon":

Motion unleashes emotion: whenever you're feeling upset, begin performing arts or simply place out some "thumkas"! If you're a fitness freak or like effort , Go Put out some smart run, or some jumping jacks. This can unharness endorphins in your body, and can probably refresh your mood.

Stay okay along with your wounds: It's okay to feel that means, it's okay to feel not okay. settle for the emotions, and unharness them. If you do not unharness them ,it will block positive energy(i.e new ideas, creativity, new solutions , strategies,etc).

Write it down: this can be the foremost powerful technique.

Write down no matter you're feeling like for 15 minutes.

Express yourself in each potential means, and You 'll feel way better!

Hello!  How are you? I hope you're fine and in good health. Today I'm back with another blog Road to Forgiveness. So before we move on I'd love to tell you an incident which happened with me, 2 days before. Now as the conditions are starting to become normal, colleges have started to freely function and so did mine.  So every morning I travel by bus to my college and I love that journey. Since my childhood I've been that wanderlust person, who enjoys the journey be it by bus, or any other transport, especially in the mornings. A lady climbed in at that stop, and then as she was planning to sit near me there was a speed breaker so the lady trembled and she accidentally dropped my bag which was kept on that seat, in an attempt to handover it to me...

Hello!! So if you are here, now pause on until next 10 minutes, this will definitely change your life!! Once a bird was searching for a home to lay her eggs and get shelter in this heavy rainy season. In her search she saw 2 trees and ask first one for shelter.But the first tree refused to give her shelter. The bird got very disappointed, now she went to the second tree and hopefully it agreed. She made her home and layed her eggs. Now the rainy season had arrived, bird was very happy and grateful that she got shelter. At the same time she saw that the first tree had felt down because of heavy rains and it got carried away by flood. The bird saw this and she taunted it " See this is your karma,now God has given you this punishment. " To which the tree smiled and said, " I knew I'm not going to survive this rainy season that's why I refused you. I didn't want to risk your and your children's lives. Phubbing

Hey hi! How are you? I hope you're fine. Good to see you back. Last week I had a get together with my friends. We had a good chitchat in the first 30 minutes had good food but it only ended up like this shown in the above picture. Well that was not the first time I had seen this scene, or you're seeing it.
