Mental Health during Times of Covid

Hello !

Good to see you back again.

I sincerely hope and pray that everyone in your family and friends are doing well and they are in good health.
Today I'm back with another blog on mental health during times of covid. Nowadays the mental health of people is on stake .Thanks to all the news channels! So I thought of writing on this topic and spreading positivity will be a worthy contribution towards all my readers and society .
Okay so let's quickly jump on our topic .
Firstly I would like to ask a question . Have you all seen a magnifying glass (भिंग)? It's an amazing tool right ! I'm sure you all might have played with it in your childhood or maybe playing right now too😜 (I'm of strong opinion of not losing the child inside us!). Anyways I would like to highlight it's peculiar quality ; whatever we concentrate it on, it makes it big ,larger than actually it is. Amazing right!!
Same way we all have a magnifying glass in our body too! Yes , and it's known as our brain. You all must be surprised. But our brain is the same as powerful as the magnifying glass . Whatever thoughts ,feelings we concentrate on it makes it big, despite the thing being good or bad . It just follows order, if we tell it to concentrate on good , positive it will follow and make the positive big! And same goes with negative things . So now you learnt an amazing feature of our brain let's promise ourselves to make a fair choice for ourselves. This covid is just a flu it might become dangerous if we don't take care for ourselves and go without our most important tools :- mask and sanitizer
My guru Pravin Metkute Sir or most popularly known as PMsir called me up on my birthday last week for wishing me birthday and we were discussing about my HSC exams . He just told me We can only control whats in our control! And he was so right .
We can control our routine, our mental health ,our physical health our diet, which is going to make a large difference!
We all are scared nowadays , once again Big thanks to media ! But we have to remind ourselves that we are greater than covid and will bounce back more powerfully with new updations of skill.

Here are your 5 super tips for facing this pandemic with better mental health.

Script down your fears: You all have got to know the quality of brain that whatever it concentrates on ,it expands. So never, never never  think in your mind . Instead write down whatever is your fear . Ask yourself if I by mistakely get affected by covid what can happen? Can that be handled ? If yes than why get stressed out , if no why stress.
This technique is the best technique to get over your fears .

Affirm : Again going back to the same point of brains quality affirm your brain with positive and positive will come back to you!

Move yourself : In this covid there is less movement happening as we all are at home ,so let's get into an healthy habit of exercising and get some endorphins released! If you wish to have healthy habits but wondering how to do visit my blog of habit building a life changing factor by clicking here

Meditate : Meditate . It feels so relaxed after detaching yourselves from world and listening to some  guided meditation of Ravishankar ji or Sadguru ji or some soothing music or   anyone anything  whom you prefer.

Do what you like : This period is a time of Software upgradation ,learning new skills or polishing our skills and nurturing our childhood hobbies this will give us happiness and will definitely sooth our mind!

Hope this blog helped you and gave clarity in your mind in this period of uncertainty.

Thank You so much for reading and showering your love in comments it really encourages me to bring more and more such content😊

Road to forgiveness

Hello!  How are you? I hope you're fine and in good health. Today I'm back with another blog Road to Forgiveness. So before we move on I'd love to tell you an incident which happened with me, 2 days before. Now as the conditions are starting to become normal, colleges have started to freely function and so did mine.  So every morning I travel by bus to my college and I love that journey. Since my childhood I've been that wanderlust person, who enjoys the journey be it by bus, or any other transport, especially in the mornings. There are lesser people out there and sun is just leaving it's home. It's just so beautiful! So I was clicking the pictures from the window (offcourse I'm a window seat person :) ) as the bus stopped at a place. A lady climbed in at that stop, and then as she was planning to sit near me there was a speed breaker so the lady trembled and she accidentally dropped my bag which was kept on that seat, in an attempt to handover it to me...

Pause!

Hello!! So if you are here, now pause on until next 10 minutes, this will definitely change your life!! Once a bird was searching for a home to lay her eggs and get shelter in this heavy rainy season. In her search she saw 2 trees and ask first one for shelter. But the first tree refused to give her shelter. The bird got very disappointed, now she went to the second tree and hopefully it agreed. She made her home and layed her eggs. Now the rainy season had arrived, bird was very happy and grateful that she got shelter. At the same time she saw that the first tree had felt down because of heavy rains and it got carried away by flood. The bird saw this and she taunted it " See this is your karma, now God has given you this punishment. " To which the tree smiled and said, " I knew I'm not going to survive this rainy season that's why I refused you. I didn't want to risk your and your children's lives. Which just stunned the bird and she became silent. S...

Phubbing

Hey hi! How are you? I hope you're fine. Good to see you back. Last week I had a get together with my friends. We had a good chitchat in the first 30 minutes had good food but it only ended up like this shown in the above picture. Well that was not the first time I had seen this scene, or you're seeing it. We all go through such scenes everyday. All thanks to Covid 19& smartphones!  And this very phenomena is called as phubbing. Making it more simple, phubbing involves using a smartphone while with people and interacting with the smartphone rather than the person or people present. Now you might wonder & say क्या ही फरक पडता हे! Because Phubbing may seem like a relatively harmless or simply annoying, part of modern life, many of us have even got used to it. But research is finding that it may have a significant impact on your mental health. How? Lets see! When someone phubs you, you may feel rejected, excluded, and not important because we all are part of this amazin...
